Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field network engineers focused on FTTH, IP/MPLS, XGS-PON/GPON, FWA, and more
Drive strategic planning and execution of network deployment, maintenance, and operational excellence
Enable scalable, resilient networks with a goal of 99.95% service availability
Collaborate across OSP construction, maintenance, and field operations to deliver exceptional connectivity
Qualification
Required
Seasoned network engineering leader
Experience in building and operating broadband infrastructure
Leadership skills to coach and mentor a team of field network engineers
Knowledge of FTTH, IP/MPLS, XGS-PON/GPON, FWA
Experience in strategic planning and execution of network deployment
Ability to drive operational excellence
Experience in enabling scalable, resilient networks with a goal of 99.95% service availability
Collaboration skills across OSP construction, maintenance, and field operations
Preferred
