Astrana Health is seeking a detail-oriented Consolidation and Reporting Senior to support the organization’s financial consolidation and reporting processes. This role will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial results while coordinating with various departments and external auditors.

Responsibilities

Assist in the consolidation process of multiple entities, ensuring intercompany transactions are appropriately eliminated

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated internal and external financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC guidelines

Ensure the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, meeting all financial reporting deadlines

Assist with internal and external auditor requests

Collaborate with various internal departments to collect, analyze, and report information necessary for internal and external financial reports

Prepare schedules and perform analytics required for reporting and management review

Maintain and organize financial databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of financial information

Uphold compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) regulations

Assist management with ad-hoc procedures and special projects as needed
