Responsibilities
Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps practices and enhance workflow efficiency
Utilize Azure Cloud & DevOps Tools to streamline deployment processes and ensure seamless integration
Facilitate Scrum meetings to ensure project milestones are met and team collaboration is effective
Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and technical solutions
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
Oversee the implementation of CX-Scrum Master methodologies to improve customer experience
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps and Scrum
Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to DevOps tools
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction
Contribute to the development of training materials and workshops for team members
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate proficiency in Infra CI/CD Pipelines, Bicep, Azure DevOps, Terraform, PowerShell and Ansible
Possess a deep understanding of the Payer domain applying domain-specific knowledge to infrastructure solutions
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
