Responsibilities

Assists Sales in completing seminar campaign order details by communicating with clients by phone and or email
Establish, maintain and foster good working relationships with each client. Build client’s trust and confidence by providing timely, accurate and superior service
Create, communicate and execute seminar campaign deadlines with client to ensure proper delivery of product to meet client expectations
Coordinate/Manage 90+ seminar campaigns a month simultaneously from point of order received through product delivery
Able to work in a high paced environment alongside professional sales people in a clean professional office setting
Enter and track all seminar campaigns into businesses management system
Manage customer relationship and act as a liaison between client and sales representatives

Required

Must have solid computer skills, with thorough knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)

Exceptional communication skills

Team player

Preferred

Bachelor degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, printing, graphics, pre-press, or mail house preferred
