Qualification

Required

Strong knowledge of product/industry/site/safety and regulatory compliance requirements and best practices
Knowledge of equipment management to effectively counsel on fleet optimization opportunity to maximize site efficiency
Outstanding problem solving and customer solutions orientation
Strong leadership and ability to engage and coordinate across multiple functions
Effectively communicates across geographically diverse internal, dealer and customer partners
Travel up to 50% (domestic & international)

Preferred

University degree in engineering or marketing
Professional experience in commercial or product technical roles with progressively growing responsibilities
Previous roles requiring direct interactions with the end customer
