Digital Account Executive

iPacket is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. In this fully-remote role, you will support digital marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with Sales Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Maintain & update various documents with all relevant dealer and program information (contacts, reporting cadence, logos, websites, pixels, launches, budgets, etc)
Help in the preparation of client presentations
Lead reporting requests, including standard reports, VIN reporting, and custom reporting for dealer meetings/check-ins
Manage client budget changes, (including cancellations) coordinating with vendor, accounting, and updates in Hubspot (if applicable)
Manage accrual and budget estimate reports with accounting
Support Sales Directors with client follow-ups, prospecting opportunities and performance recommendations
Create and submit co-op materials to client partners
Manage and update client promotions, ensuring creative reflects current monthly offers and campaigns
Implement monthly budget auditing within dashboards to monitor spend accuracy, pacing and budget alignment between vendor and accounting
Work with team to develop case studies showcasing client success stories to support program value
Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies
Stay informed on emerging trends in retargeting, sharing key insights and potential opportunities with Sales Directors and Director of Marketing Sales to refine strategy

Required

1-3 years experience in digital marketing, account management, client services, or similar
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot, Pipedrive)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to team success
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
