Breach Secure Now is hiring a driven and motivated Business Development Representative to join their fast-growing sales team. In this role, you will engage Managed Service Providers through high-volume outreach, uncovering needs and booking qualified meetings for the Account Executives.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and digital touchpoints to MSP prospects using lead lists generated through marketing campaigns and CRM tools (SalesForce, HubSpot, Outreach, Orum)
Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify interest through discovery calls and follow-up communication
Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
Uncover prospect needs and determine fit based on BSN’s cybersecurity and compliance offerings
Book high-quality demos and meetings for Account Executives to move forward in the sales cycle
Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to share insights, fine-tune messaging, and ensure aligned pipeline development
Contribute ideas for campaign optimization and outreach improvement
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and contact details in our CRM (HubSpot)
Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and booked meetings

Required

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in a high-volume, outbound call sales environment
A self-starter mentality with a hunger for learning, growth, and results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging prospects via phone and email
Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, and partner/channel sales environments
Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fully remote environment
A collaborative spirit with a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
Proven track record of meeting goals and following through on responsibilities

Preferred

Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms a plus
