Performs accurate data entry, scheduling, and documentation with strong attention to detail and reliability
Maintains patient confidentiality at all times and adheres strictly to privacy policies and procedures
Utilizes basic computer and office software skills, including data entry and word processing
Remains adaptable and composed under pressure, effectively managing unexpected situations in a fast-paced clinical environment
Completes required Clinic Core Front Desk Training following hire to ensure competency in front desk operations and workflows

Required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. occasionally
Position requires standing and walking during each shift
Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties

Preferred

Experience: One year of applicable medical office experience
