They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and assisting with compliance and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger accuracy, including job costing and inventory processing

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Prepare schedules and reports to support financial statement preparation

Provide documentation and analysis to support audit request

Assist with compliance reporting, tax filings and other regulatory requirements

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities

Contribute recommendations to improve financial processes and efficiency

Complete ad-hoq reporting and analysis as assigned
