Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation engagements, partnering with C-suite and senior executives to drive customer experience innovation, technology adoption, and organizational change
Apply management consulting rigor to define strategy, identify organizational gaps, and develop structured, data-driven solutions that drive business value
Navigate highly matrixed organizations, using deep organizational awareness and influence-building skills to align priorities and drive execution
Define future-state customer experience vision, translating insights into clear experience principles, north stars, and strategic direction that guide multi-year transformation programs
Advise clients on end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring experiences are cohesive across channels, platforms, regions, and organizational boundaries
Partner with product, technology, data, and content leaders to ensure CX and UX strategy is aligned with platform capabilities, operating models, and organizational readiness
Advise clients on how AI-enabled experiences—including conversational interfaces, intelligent journeys, and adaptive personalization—can enhance customer experiences in responsible and scalable ways
Translate CX and UX strategy recommendations into clear business value narratives, connecting experience decisions to growth, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term platform strategy
Mentor and guide internal teams, fostering a high-performance consulting culture and continuously improving engagement models
Shape and contribute to Adobe’s thought leadership, publishing insights, speaking at industry events, and defining internal best practices
Operate with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and tackling 'first-time' challenges with innovative solutions

Qualification

Required

15+ years of experience in agency or management consulting environment, enterprise strategy, digital transformation, or customer experience leadership
Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations, build influence across cross-functional teams, and align complex stakeholder groups
Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including real-time personalization, process automation, and data-driven decision-making
Demonstrated success leading high-profile, executive-level transformation projects with Fortune 500 clients
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact
A self-starter mentality, with a natural curiosity and the ability to ask the right strategic questions to drive innovation
Thrives in ambiguity, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving approach to 'first-time' challenges
