Responsibilities
Will ensure that time records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
Is responsible for supporting management with daily audits and edits of the Time and Attendance application and attendance module
In addition, the Payroll Timekeeper Scheduler I will be expected to handle special projects as assigned successfully meeting all required deadlines associated with such projects
Weekend work days required on a rotational basis
Qualification
Required
Working experience with day-to-day timekeeping and scheduling operations
Kronos application experience
Demonstrates willingness to learn about California wage and hour laws
Learn new procedures
Readily accepts new responsibilities
Participates as a team player
Contributes to the success of the department
Preferred
Hospital experience with time and attendance systems
