Responsibilities

Conduct 8–10 scheduled sales calls per day focused on small to mid-sized businesses, prioritizing higher-value and more complex opportunities
Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover SMB pain points and connect them to tailored, multi-solution proposals across listings, reputation, websites, digital advertising, and AI-powered tools such as chat solutions
Lead product walkthroughs and onboarding-style presentations, clearly communicating value and identifying opportunities to upsell additional solutions
Confidently navigate pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and common objections in an SMB sales environment
Own the sales-to-service handoff by ensuring onboarding is booked within 24–48 hours and that client context is clearly documented
Partner with onboarding and customer success teams to support early-stage client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value realization
Maintain strong product and market fluency across local SEO, digital advertising, reputation management, and AI-enabled solutions
Leverage AI-driven tools to support call preparation, research, follow-ups, objection handling, and pipeline management
Share feedback, insights, and best practices to help continuously improve sales execution and AI adoption across the team

Required

3–4 years of sales experience, ideally in a SaaS, technology, or digital marketing environment
Proven ability to sell to small and mid-sized businesses (not enterprise-level accounts)
Strong presentation skills
Comfortable leading product demonstrations, onboarding-style conversations, and value-based upsell discussions for solutions such as websites and AI chat tools
Experience navigating pricing and objections
Managing a sales pipeline
Consistently working toward performance targets in a fast-paced, in-office sales environment
Confident using CRM systems
Curious and comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflow
Motivated to continuously sharpen sales craft

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
