The role involves developing project plans, driving adoption and training, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for a three-month contract with potential for extension.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a project plan for the WFM rollout
Drive adoption, training, and communication for field-based staff moving to digital timekeeping (mobile app, computers, geofencing)
Coordinate with cross-functional sponsors (Finance, HR, Operations) and report to the project owner
Maintain momentum, follow up on tasks, and keep all stakeholders on track
Help define and adjust project scope as details emerge
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in workforce management or large-scale system rollouts (WFM a plus, not required)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
Experience managing or guiding teams through organizational change and new technology adoption
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and task follow-up skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to 'hold their own' in a fast-paced, complex environment
