Responsibilities
Efficiently scheduling and dispatching service orders to a team of technicians
Monitor the progression of jobs and coordinate necessary actions to ensure timely completion
Interact directly with customers, addressing inquiries and issues, providing updates and information on service orders and schedules as needed
Inputting and tracking service orders in the company's database system
Prioritizing service calls based on urgency and importance
Dispatching orders to appropriate technicians
Following up to monitor progress until completion
Managing inquiries and complaints
Updating customers about their service order status
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with route planning and logistics
Ability to multitask under pressure
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Proficiency in scheduling software and programs
Strong problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and database systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma is required
Sharp customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations
Strong geographical knowledge
Preferred
Experience in a dispatcher or similar role, preferably in service industry
A degree in business or related field is a plus
Basic understanding of maintenance procedures
Flexibility to work in different shifts or on weekends
