Research Project Manager
University of Utah Health Research is seeking a Research Project Manager responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day operations of the resilience scale validation study. This role includes administrative oversight of regulatory activities, recruiting and enrolling study participants, and managing research team members.

Responsibilities
Drafts IRB applications and amendments
Recruits, schedules and enrolls study participants
Coordinates with Alberta study team
Manages study resources including, but not limited to, study staff scheduling, participant payment and other study-related financial transactions, etc
Trains and manages teams of undergraduate and graduate RAs in research protocols
Participates in regularly scheduled project meetings with Nina de Lacy, Brian Baucom, and/or other study staff
Performs other duties as assigned by Nina de Lacy or Brian Baucom
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience)
four years of progressively more responsible related experience
demonstrated human relation and effective communications skills
This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements
successful completion of a criminal background check and/or drug screen
Preferred
A related Master's degree
Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology or a closely related field
prior experience with operations management
prior experience in conducting mental health research or research in a closely allied field
