Responsibilities
Own and advance laboratory quality systems, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
Manage laboratory compliance activities including audits, method validation, calibration programs, and corrective action investigations
Partner with production and quality teams to support batch review, product release decisions, and issue resolution
Develop, train, and mentor quality personnel while driving accountability, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or another scientific discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a laboratory or regulated manufacturing setting
Demonstrated expertise with ISO 9000 and ISO 17025 standards, including audit support and inspections
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
