Good verbal/written communication & facilitation skills
Hands on programming abilities in C#
Knowledge in relational database experience. Oracle SQL and PL/SQL a plus
Must be able to help business counterparts in finding optimal solutions
Must possess and apply knowledge in .Net internet-based web applications
Web-service design, WCF, SOA, MVC all pluses
Experience in JavaScript & jQuery with knowledge of debugging tools
Some experience with Unix/Linux command-line & scripting
CMS experience a plus
Experience with Sitecore, Java, webMethods a plus
Preferred
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
