Responsibilities
Preparing and maintaining financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit/loss, tax liabilities and other related financial activities
Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status, including monthly account reconciliations and analysis
Assisting with annual audit preparations, maintaining financial records for audit purposes, and interfacing with auditors
Overseeing the accurate batching and processing of weekly check requests
Handling month-end closing duties
Reconciling chargebacks and interfund between organizations
Supporting all aspects of Accounting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
5+ years of relevant experience required
Budgeting experience required
Knowledge of accounting software required
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite highly preferred
