Responsibilities

Start each day at our Boulder office, team up with a partner, and plan your routes

Drive our shiny blue trucks to homes and businesses around Boulder and nearby areas

Remove unwanted items, deliver awesome customer service, and leave every job site with a smile

Sort and dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donations, and proper waste management

Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement

Qualification

Lift 50 lbsCustomer service experiencePhysical labor experienceSales experienceCommunication skills

Required

Must be at least 21 years old

Valid standard driver's license required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly

Preferred

Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred

Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus
