Responsibilities
Create simulation flows, develop physical models, and analyze the fundamental device and process issues encountered in cutting-edge memory technology development
Deliver executable models to support process optimization and cell device characteristics improvement
Work closely with process integration, cell device and other cross-functional teams to understand development challenges, provide solutions, guidance and recommendations through TCAD simulations and innovations
Explore new memory devices and system modeling
Qualification
Required
This position requires a minimum of an MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field, graduating before July 2026. A Ph.D. degree is strongly recommended and prior working experience in semiconductor industry is highly desired. Recent graduated postdoctoral scholar may also be considered
The candidate must have solid understanding in semiconductor device physics
The ideal individual has hands-on experience with TCAD device or process simulation tools such as Sentaurus
Good understanding of NAND Flash memory and/or emerging memory is a plus
Experience with scripting languages such as C/C++, Python, Tcl or equivalent
Preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
