A/P Process Documentation Consultant

Responsibilities
Document Accounts Payable processes and Standard Operating Procedures
Assess and capture current AP functions across multiple ERP systems
Identify process gaps and areas for improvement
Align policies and procedures for consistency across locations
Provide analysis and suggestions for process improvements
Act as a knowledge source for process changes and gaps
Potentially manage an AP functional area in the future state
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as an Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expert
Strong background in process documentation and transformation
Proficiency with Visio for creating workflow diagrams
Familiarity with RACI models for process documentation
Understanding of SIPOC framework for process design
Ability to execute changes effectively, not just consult
Demonstrated stability in previous roles, ideally with a minimum of four years at a company
Preferred
Experience in working with multiple ERP systems
Capacity for strategic thinking and aligning processes with best practices
