Responsibilities

Supporting the advisor in all tasks and responsibilities related to income generating activities

Providing administrative support to the licensed (IRIS) Financial Representative

Administering the IRIS Financial Services marketing plan

Performing a broad variety of IRIS services such as answering questions regarding Credit Union’s products and services for members/non-members

Cross-selling credit union services and assisting or referring members/non-members with any questions or concerns that arise

Ensuring that appointments are set up and confirmed for designated Financial Representative including share certificates maturing and annuities coming out of surrender
