Aero-Graphics is currently seeking a full-time IT Specialist Help Desk for their South Salt Lake, Utah office. The IT Specialist will be the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance and will primarily address daily trouble tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with technology projects.

Responsibilities

Perform basic troubleshooting on user devices, consisting primarily of software and hardware issues

Ensure proper asset management and record keeping of issues

Maintain and update documentation, including all incidents in IT ticketing software

Assist the IT Director with the implementation of technology projects

Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and/or other related equipment and devices

Basic troubleshooting on user devices, consisting primarily of software and hardware issues

Some network and systems troubleshooting

Required

A+ Certification or equivalent required

2 years' experience with troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving basic computer and related systems issues

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about facilities and under desks

Valid State Driver's License

Knowledge of all Microsoft 365 applications

Previous experience with Active directory

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are critical, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Decision-making skills, including the ability to recognize when help is needed or incidents need to be escalated

Prior Experience with ticketing systems

Interest in learning and advancing in the IT field

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
