Responsibilities

Goal Setting: AsD’s are directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod
Best Practices: AsD’s are directly responsible for ensuring that every one of their client’s follows best practices across all channels and mediums. In particular:
LTV:CAC modeling
Customer Generation
Share of SERP
Functional Content
Breakdown Barriers: Every great campaign lives or dies at the moment of approval. It’s your responsibility to understand these moments and support your strategist in earning a yes
Ensure roadblocks are a part of every 1x1 conversation with Strategists, and that an action plan is established to take down any roadblocks for the success of the strategy
Accountability: We need leaders, not managers. Nobody wants a manager, everyone wants a leader. Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower your team with clear and concise communication + expectation setting
NSM Attainment: 100%
CSAT: 4.2+
Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1)

Required

Experience in performance marketing, specifically with SaaS and tech companies
Ability to craft strategies that elevate search visibility
Experience in developing compelling content
Strong analytical skills and storytelling ability
Experience in setting goals for client engagements
Knowledge of best practices across all channels and mediums
Experience with LTV:CAC modeling
Experience with Customer Generation
Understanding of Share of SERP
Experience with Functional Content
Ability to breakdown barriers and support strategists
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build structure and create a cadence
Proficient in clear and concise communication and expectation setting
Ability to achieve NSM Attainment of 100%
Ability to maintain a CSAT of 4.2 or higher
Ability to achieve bookings of $150k for each half of the year
