Manage multiple new customers at once
Execute repeatable onboarding playbooks
Configure accounts
Lead training sessions that get users live quickly and independently
Guide customers through configuration, training, and launch using standardized implementation playbooks
Account setup
User and role configuration
Validating workflows
Hosting virtual training
Documenting changes
Coordinating handoffs to Customer Support and Customer Success
Qualification
Required
2+ years onboarding/implementation experience with a SaaS product
Strong client communication and training ability
Ability to manage multiple customer projects at the same time
Disciplined and comfortable following structured playbooks
Organized and able to document clearly for handoffs
Authorized to work in the US; remote work ready
Preferred
Familiar with workflow and job management concepts (bonus)
Experience using Jira or similar project tools (bonus)
