Responsibilities
Investigate and review returned product lab analysis, customer feedback, and historical data to accurately code product complaints
Perform complaint investigations in compliance with local and global quality system processes
Analyze post-market surveillance data for patterns and trends, initiating investigations when necessary
Respond to Competent Authority Requests and provide clear, accurate documentation
Communicate product performance through formal presentations, reports, and customer-facing documentation
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to risk management documentation using statistical methods and software
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
1–3 years of relevant experience in medical device or quality systems environment
Strong understanding of technical engineering topics and applied statistics for data analysis
Ability to operate within quality system processes and independently manage projects to meet deadlines
