This case-responsible, senior-level role requires hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, including e-discovery, court filings, depositions, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

Manage litigation dockets, calendars, and deadlines
Maintain electronic case files
Prepare, file, and serve court documents
Manage large-scale document productions and privilege logs
Oversee e-discovery databases and vendors
Coordinate depositions and logistics
Prepare trial exhibits and provide in-person trial/hearing support

Qualification

ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate5+ years IP litigation experienceE-discovery experienceTrial preparation experienceAssociate’s DegreeIPR experience

Required

ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's preferred)
5+ years of complex IP litigation paralegal experience
Strong e-discovery and trial prep experience
Willingness to work overtime and travel
