Responsibilities
Maintaining and propagating multiple cancer cell lines
Develop and optimize experimental protocols
Design and perform experiments in collaboration with scientists and bioinformaticians, under aggressive timelines
Document experimental designs and results; maintain excellent records and data
Participate in technical discussions and present results to the team
Support and/or lead cross-team projects to meet company objectives
Support the larger R&D team in various lab/day-to-day operations and activities across the board
Qualification
Required
B.S. with 2+ years of lab experience
Experience with tissue culture and cancer cell lines
Strong laboratory skills and experience with standard laboratory techniques
Ability to work in a highly adaptive environment and learn new skills for changing priorities
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
Demonstrated scientific curiosity
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, coordinating tasks across multiple projects to meet deadlines
Willingness to expand scope of responsibilities outside of initial job description
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
