Start in 2026 SummerBuckingham Companies is seeking a Property Management Intern for the summer of 2026. The intern will assist with day-to-day management tasks including budgeting, Fair Housing standards, documentation, marketing, and resident relations.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day management experience, including (but not limited to) budgeting, learning Fair Housing and occupancy standards, documentation, marketing, make-ready processes, leasing, student housing, and resident relations
Open to working weekends and this position will entail all work on-site at the property
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a college degree in business or related major
Valid Driver's License and reliable private transportation
Maintain a 3.0 GPA or above
