Director of Operations
SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is seeking a Director of Operations to lead all operational functions for a high-profile private estate, delivering five-star, luxury hospitality-level service. The role involves overseeing estate operations, managing staff, and ensuring impeccable service standards while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Oversee all estate operations with a luxury hospitality mindset, ensuring impeccable service standards
Lead and manage estate staff, contractors, and vendors across household, maintenance, grounds, and security
Establish, document, and enforce SOPs aligned with five-star hotel and private estate standards
Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and expense controls
Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and service quality
Coordinate logistics for owner stays, VIP guests, and private events
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues with discretion and professionalism
Serve as a trusted operational advisor to the Principal
Qualification
Required
7+ years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality (five-star hotels, resorts, private clubs, or ultra-luxury residences)
Demonstrated success translating hotel-level service standards into private environments
Strong financial, budgeting, and vendor management expertise
Proven ability to lead diverse teams in high-expectation settings
Exceptional discretion, emotional intelligence, and judgment
Must reside in Los Angeles or New York City
Willingness to travel and maintain flexible availability
Preferred
Private estate, UHNW household, or family office experience
Background in Forbes Five-Star or AAA Five Diamond environments
Relevant certifications (CEM, CHM, CFM, Hospitality Management)
