Human Resource - Payroll Specialist
Allied Onesource is seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to own full-cycle payroll processing while providing administrative support across Human Resources. This role focuses on payroll accuracy, compliance, and enhancing the employee experience through effective execution and coordination of HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Payroll Administration: Own and process accurate, timely payroll; review timesheets; manage deductions, garnishments, tax filings, reconciliations, and employment verifications
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws; support audits and payroll reporting requirements
People Operations Support: Administer payroll-related benefits, maintain employee records, and serve as a point of contact for payroll and HR process inquiries
Onboarding & Administration: Coordinate new hire onboarding, system setup, salary updates, performance review administration, and training records in partnership with the parent People Operations team
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of hands-on, full-cycle payroll processing experience
Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Workday, SAP, or similar
Strong Excel skills
Solid understanding of payroll compliance, wage and hour laws, benefits deductions, and payroll reporting
Highly detail-oriented
Discreet
Organized
Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
HR administrative support experience
