Responsibilities
Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services
Prepare bid packages, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and select or recommend new subcontractors
Administer standard subcontract agreements, such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M), through the entire contract lifecycle
Participate and lead minor to moderate negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and monitor subcontractor performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 2+ years of relevant experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment
