Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct and defend depositions
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed
Participate in case strategy, evaluation, and client communication
Collaborate closely with partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal services
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of litigation experience (employment litigation preferred; other litigation backgrounds will be considered)
Active and in good standing with the state bar
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to working in-office full time
