Responsibilities

Develop and maintain code across the full technology stack

Debug issues and implement solutions to complex problems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Learn new technologies and apply them to current projects

Assist in troubleshooting production issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software development principles

Experience with one or more programming languages from our tech stack (C#, JavaScript, Python)

Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS)

Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL Server or MySQL)

Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills

Ability to work both independently and collaborate effectively with a team

Understanding of when to utilize GenAI tools appropriately and when to code without assistance

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred

Project experience with one or more technologies in our stack (C#, JS, NodeJS, Python, HTML/CSS)

Experience with git

Knowledge of responsive design principles

Experience with AWS or cloud services

Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture
