Responsibilities
Support SOE (State Owned Entity Program) intake by triaging requests, inquiries, and escalations in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with compliance and governance workflows, including policy adherence, documentation review, and audit readiness
Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Program Management
Maintain and update SOE documentation, trackers, and process artifacts to ensure consistency and clarity
Identify risks, gaps, and trends within SOE workflows and surface insights or recommendations proactively
Support process improvements to streamline operations and improve stakeholder experience
Provide status updates, reporting, and operational metrics related to SOE program health
Ensure all work aligns with standards, policies, and data-handling requirements of the organization
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be based in Washington State
Ability to support SOE (State Owned Entity Program) intake by triaging requests, inquiries, and escalations in a timely and accurate manner
Experience assisting with compliance and governance workflows, including policy adherence, documentation review, and audit readiness
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Program Management
Experience maintaining and updating SOE documentation, trackers, and process artifacts to ensure consistency and clarity
Ability to identify risks, gaps, and trends within SOE workflows and surface insights or recommendations proactively
Experience supporting process improvements to streamline operations and improve stakeholder experience
Ability to provide status updates, reporting, and operational metrics related to SOE program health
Commitment to ensuring all work aligns with standards, policies, and data-handling requirements of the organization
Strong organizational skills and reliability
