Qualification
Required
Proficiency in plumbing
electrical systems
HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
Experience in supervising teams
assigning tasks, and ensuring team productivity
Capability to schedule, prioritize, and oversee multiple maintenance projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
