Responsibilities
Perform in‑depth data profiling to assess data quality, identify anomalies, and ensure readiness for downstream processes
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations to support ETL/ELT workflows
Create and maintain high‑quality data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) aligned with business requirements and architecture standards
Conduct detailed gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and target-state data environments
Build comprehensive data mapping documentation to ensure accurate data flow across systems and applications
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions that meet performance, scalability, and governance standards
Support continuous improvement of data processes, pipelines, and warehouse structures
Qualification
Required
3-4 years of experience
Solid Healthcare Domain Knowledge
BSA Experience in Data Warehouse projects (Preferably in Sourcing or Outbound Extracts)
Good Communication Skills
Good Analytical skills
Prepared Source to Target Mapping
Performed Gap Analysis / Data Profiling
Prepared Functional Specifications working with Business
