Thrive Physical Therapy Partners is seeking an EMR Implementation & Optimization Lead to establish a repeatable EMR rollout model across partner clinics. This role involves extensive planning and execution of EMR implementations, focusing on outpatient rehab therapy workflows.

Lead implementation planning, readiness, training, cutover, hypercare

Build playbooks, templates, readiness checklists, governance

Standardize workflows and drive adoption across clinics

Partner with Thrive leadership, ops and RCM to align scheduling, auths, documentation, charge capture, reporting

Qualification

Required

EMR implementation, conversion, or superuser experience in outpatient rehab therapy

Strong front desk operations knowledge

Working knowledge of therapy RCM and downstream billing impacts

High EQ, change leadership, strong project execution, technology fluency

Preferred

Licensed clinician background: PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA

Outpatient therapy clinic leadership (Clinic Manager, Practice Manager, Director of Operations, lead clinician with operational ownership, or similar)

Comfort with reporting and translating metrics into practical workflow changes
