Responsibilities

Build custom cabinets and specialty millwork directly from detailed shop drawings and specifications

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools with accuracy and care

Laminate, edge-band, and assemble components using dowels, screws, glue, and other fasteners

Verify quality at each step to meet fit, finish, and craftsmanship benchmarks

Partner with engineers, supervisors, and installers to troubleshoot and refine fabrication details

Keep the shop clean and safe while following all safety procedures

Required

3+ years in architectural millwork or custom cabinetmaking

Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to craftsmanship

Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

Preferred

Familiarity with AWI standards
