Entry, Mid LevelMaster Spas Jobs is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance their manufacturing processes for spas and hot tubs. The role focuses on planning, designing, and optimizing production processes while collaborating with production teams to ensure efficiency and quality in manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities
Identify and implement process and workflow improvements to reduce labor and material costs
Focus on optimizing manufacturing processes in lamination, foam, acrylic, and rotational molding operations
Conduct research to develop and refine new and existing manufacturing processes
Conduct tests and monitor process performance throughout production cycles
Develop and maintain error-proofing methodologies to enhance quality and minimize waste, scrap, and rework
Initiate actions to prevent non-conformance related to product, process, or systems
Lead process definition, improvement, and problem-resolution activities
Support implementation of engineering changes, process documentation, and tooling development
Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline production, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
Participate in continuous improvement projects that focus on safety, productivity, and quality
Develop, maintain, and update documentation for processes, work methods, and work instructions
Provide training and support to production teams on updated procedures and best practices
Collaborate with other engineers and manufacturing personnel to ensure consistent process standards across departments
Implement new equipment and improve existing systems to enhance efficiency and maintain a safe work environment
Monitor and evaluate equipment performance to reduce downtime and operational costs
Work closely with maintenance and safety teams to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for process improvement
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Preferred
Experience in process engineering or manufacturing
Experience with inventory or production management systems
