Responsibilities

Obtain a deep understanding of how UBS defines Financial Wellness and deliver this framework to various employee segments of corporate clients

Demonstrate proficiency and present across a broad range of personal financial management topics

Engage in a broad 'discovery' conversation to identify an individual's specific financial needs

Execute on a robust and engaging client experience through the delivery of financial wellness guidance and actionable steps

Influence employees to break down poor financial habits and drive positive financial change, both near and long term

Provide education & coaching with respect to the employee's short and long term financial goals

Participate in webinars that cover various financial topics

Collaborate across the employee wealth services team to identify opportunities for continued asset growth, revenue expansion and client retention
