Responsibilities
Setup, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize internal systems deployments for the Bank
Defining and implementing monitoring criteria/framework for enterprise management tools and applications within the financial services industry
Defining automation strategies utilizing Geneos, Grafana, Ansible, Power Platform, SQL, and PowerShell
Designing, automating, and scheduling health check reports using PowerShell
Creating and enhancing SQL queries to integrate applications with upstream and downstream services
Creating and maintaining architectural and process flow diagrams
Utilizing networking systems and protocols, including server load balancer, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and 802.1X authentication to ensure network performance optimization, stability, and security of global print environments
Using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for application deployment in enterprise environments
Performing security vulnerability assessments
Executing duties utilizing Python, batch scripting, Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Visio, HP ALM, Private Key Infrastructure (PKI), VMWare, Hyper-V, Windows server administration, and Windows enterprise environments, including Active Directory, LDAP, IIS, and distributed file systems (DFS)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent
five (5) years of progressively responsible experience defining and implementing monitoring criteria/framework for enterprise management tools and applications within the financial services industry
defining automation strategies utilizing Geneos, Grafana, Ansible, Power Platform, SQL, and PowerShell
designing, automating, and scheduling health check reports using PowerShell
creating and enhancing SQL queries to integrate applications with upstream and downstream services
creating and maintaining architectural and process flow diagrams
utilizing networking systems and protocols, including server load balancer, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and 802.1X authentication to ensure network performance optimization, stability, and security of global print environments
