As a Garage Door Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, replacing, and installing garage doors while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair: will be responsible for repairing garage doors, door operators, replacing worn or broken door parts, installing new equipment, including doors, and replacing springs
Educate the customer: will explain in detail and help the customer understand their options for repairing the problem and preventing future issues. Once the work is done, will review and explain to customers so they fully understand the work performed
Sell services, repairs, and new equipment: using our proven model, in which we train you, will sell services to the customer using a good/better/best model. Will also collect payment from the customer
Manage inventory in your vehicle: will need the right equipment, tools, and products to sell the job and repair the equipment correctly
Maximize your time: will stay busy fully addressing customer needs and offering them the best solutions, and managing your time throughout the day to help as many customers as you can. This allows you to control your own income
Quality work: will ensure the job is done right the first time
Impress the customer: customers will be happy and leave enthusiastic feedback
Commitment to safety: drive and work safely

Required

Debe tener aptitudes mecánicas y habilidades técnicas
