Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership direction to construction projects
Manage financial health, project quality, timeliness, and safety
Mentor the project team
Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons
Review and manage change orders
Perform cost control and financial management of construction projects
Work with tools and technologies: BIM360 Field, Procore, Revit, Oracle EBS, Textura, and Primavera P6
Work on construction projects in mission critical environments, including data centers, healthcare facilities, and higher education
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field and 3 years related experience in the construction industry
Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience in the construction industry
24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) interpreting project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons; (2) reviewing and managing change orders; (3) performing cost control and financial management of construction projects; (4) working with the following tools and technologies: BIM360 Field, Procore, Revit, Oracle EBS, Textura, and Primavera P6; and (5) working on construction projects in mission critical environments, including at least one of the following: data centers, healthcare facilities, and higher education
Experience gained before, during, or after Master's program will be accepted
Experience gained concurrently will be accepted
Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
