Adjunct Faculty, Department of Marketing - Open Pool
Colorado State University is seeking Adjunct Faculty for the Department of Marketing. The role involves designing and delivering instructional courses in various marketing subjects, ensuring adherence to departmental standards and learning outcomes.
Education
Responsibilities
Construct course syllabus adhering to College of Business assurance of learning outcomes and departmental standards
Administer course through Colorado State University's learning management system
Deliver instructional course material via multi-media teaching techniques in relevant subject areas in prescribed delivery format
Qualification
Required
Applicable Master's, J.D., or Ph.D. that is aligned with one or more of the following subject areas: marketing, marketing analytics, pricing, professional selling, marketing communications, sales management, sports marketing, digital marketing, international marketing, retailing, product design, marketing research, services marketing, sustainability, and music business/marketing
Or current doctoral candidate in a field of study that is aligned with one or more of the above-mentioned subject areas
Or applicable undergraduate degree with five years or more professional work experience aligned with one or more of the above-mentioned subject areas
Ability to teach in one or more of the following areas: marketing, marketing analytics, pricing, professional selling, marketing communications, sales management, sports marketing, digital marketing, international marketing, retailing, product design, marketing research, services marketing, sustainability, and music business/marketing
Legal authorization to work in the US. The College of Business will not provide visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future
Preferred
Experience teaching courses in these relevant areas: marketing, marketing analytics, pricing, professional selling, marketing communications, sales management, sports marketing, digital marketing, international marketing, retailing, product design, marketing research, services marketing, sustainability, and music business/marketing
Degree obtained from a school of business accredited by AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International)
Previous university teaching experience in a college of business in relevant subject areas
Substantial business experience in relevant subject areas
Experience with multi-media teaching techniques
