Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, from inception through trial

Draft, review, and format legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas

Prepare and manage discovery responses and document productions

File pleadings electronically with state and federal courts

Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation deadlines

Perform legal research and summarize findings as requested

Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors

Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness materials
