Technical Recruiter
Express Employment International is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end technical recruitment efforts, partnering with key business units to attract and hire exceptional talent. Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment plans for assigned business units, with heavy emphasis on information technology, engineering and data science, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and organizational priorities
Source and engage candidates using a mix of channels including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and proactive outreach tools like email campaigns or AI-driven talent matching, to cultivate diverse and high-quality talent pipelines
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments to identify top qualified candidates for current and future positions
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gather detailed role requirements, craft optimized job postings with inclusive language, and offer expert guidance on candidate evaluation, including structured interview techniques to ensure fair and effective selection
Manage relationships with specialized technical industry partners, universities, and bootcamp pipelines to secure early-access to high potential talent
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and applicant quality, to drive continuous process improvement
Maintain accurate records in the ATS, and other platforms, to ensure data integrity for all recruitment activities
Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating compelling job descriptions and promoting openings on relevant platforms
Implement diversity sourcing strategies to attract underrepresented candidates in STEM and promote inclusive hiring practices
Stay updated on talent market trends, especially salary bands for niche skills, competitor tech stacks, and emerging certifications, and share insights with the team to refine sourcing approaches
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
Hands-on, full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Proven experience working with ATS platforms and other HR technologies
Strong track record of partnering with leadership, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving organizational change
Experience in data-driven recruitment, including analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
Understands full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to efficiently fill roles across business units
Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-driven recruitment tools to streamline workflows and maintain data accuracy
Skilled in sourcing diverse candidates via job boards, social media, and virtual networking events to build robust talent pipelines
Able to collaborate with hiring managers to craft inclusive job postings and guide candidate selection using structured interview techniques
Capable of tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, to optimize hiring processes
Adept at creating engaging, SEO-optimized job descriptions and promoting openings on platforms like LinkedIn to enhance employer branding
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Background in corporate recruitment within mid-sized or multi-unit organizations
