Senior Financial Advisor
Garry Executive Search has partnered with a distinguished wealth management firm to identify an accomplished Senior Financial Advisor. The role involves managing and growing long-term client relationships while collaborating closely with firm leadership and contributing to the firm's culture and future.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary advisor to established client relationships
Provide holistic financial planning and ongoing advice across retirement, investments, tax-aware strategies, and estate considerations
Deepen relationships with existing clients through proactive, high-touch service
Collaborate with firm leadership and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Participate in community involvement and relationship-building activities aligned with the firm’s values
Contribute to the long-term growth and continuity of the firm
Qualification
Required
CFP® required
5+ years of experience as a financial advisor within an RIA or similar environment
Experience managing client relationships independently
Strong relationship skills with a client-first mindset
Comfortable engaging in the community and building trust organically
Collaborative, humble, and values-driven — strong cultural fit is essential
Preferred
Existing book of business preferred but not required
