Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using interviews, workshops, and user stories
Create clear and concise process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable development tasks
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions align with business objectives
Support project management activities, including status reporting and stakeholder communication
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart)
Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile frameworks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Exposure to SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), or process modeling
Internship or academic project experience in business analysis, consulting, or technology
Certification or coursework in business analysis (e.g., ECBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus
