They are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to ensure production quality and compliance with specifications at their Little Canada, MN plant.

Responsibilities
Ensure proper labels are accurately attached to the correct packages
Maintain zero instances of production inconsistencies with job specifications
Review and follow job tickets, checking notes for special instructions
Communicate any finishing challenges and/or specification inconsistences with your Lead
Update job tickets, via CSR, for any changes made to production plans
Provide customers with required quality documents (FAIs, COCs, etc.)
Pull and put away stock
Close out jobs in a timely manner to ensure efficiency
Verify that parts meet customer specifications
Assist in finishing as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong judgment regarding quality control standards
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs at once
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Adaptability to changing schedules and production demands
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Willingness to stay updated with evolving technology
Ability to work independently with confidence
Clear and tactful communication skills
Reliability, professionalism, and patience
Proficient computer knowledge
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing
